Neil has detailed knowledge of the systems and processes which underpin the business and is constantly working on new ways to streamline and improve the customer experience.

Richard is trained as a Management Accountant and Auditor. He founded Clad Safety in 1989 when safety at work was still a relatively new industry. Some of the first customers that Richard visited back in those days are still buying from Clad Safety. Richard manages the finance team and staff contracts and has seen 2 more generations sharing in the management and day to day running of the business.

Reggie has recently been promoted to the role of Commercial Director.

He is now responsible for the product range at Clad including sourcing new and innovative products, so our customers are provided with the best and most innovative Workwear and PPE available.

Reggie continually strives to improve the buying process which results in better prices for our customers. He regularly engages with new suppliers, ensuring Clad Safety operate a compliant and resilient supply chain. This continual development provides better overall cost control and maximises profitability.

Jon Cooke

Key Account Manager Jon is the Key Account Manager at Clad Safety. He manages many of the larger account customers ensuring a positive working relationship between the customer and Clad Safety. Jon also works closely with Purchasing to ensure customers’ expectations are continually met regarding stock levels and fast delivery. Jon keeps the lines of communication open between all departments and the customer so any issues are resolved in a professional and timely manner.

As Accounts Manager at Clad, Yvonne ensures a smooth day to day running of the Accounts Department while also studying for her AAT qualifications.

Working closely with the Finance Director, Yvonne has built up an excellent relationship with suppliers and customers. She is extremely efficient at responding to all manner of queries and problem solving.

Howard recently joined the Customer Service Team at Clad Safety after many years of working as a Consultant in HR and Recruitment. His role is mainly focused on Sales and Account Management in preparation for moving into the Internal Sales Team in the near future.

Alan is highly experienced in embroidery digitising, web design, running embroidery and heatseal machines. He is responsible for setting up logos for embroidery and heatseals and provides sample embroideries for customer approval. Alan also fulfils the role of Internal IT Support where he creates customer web portals and assists the Clad Team with any IT issues that may arise.

Richard leads the Warehouse Team responsible for picking and packing the bulk of our orders. From off-the-shelf products to finished items coming straight from our Logo Department, Richard’s team compile, check and pack the orders ready for shipment. With multiple courier collections throughout the day, the Warehouse Team are always moving to get the correct kit despatched to the customer, meeting delivery expectations.

Mike is responsible for all deliveries coming into the warehouse ensuring that they are received by the relevant department. He oversees quality control of received goods to ensure our suppliers maintain our high standards and meet expectations on product quality.

Carol is responsible for the Embroidery Team and their machinery. She works closely with the Customer Service Team ensuring that the Embroidery staff have a sound knowledge and understanding of the customer's needs and requirements so that all logoed items meet their required brand criteria. She also liaises with the Warehouse staff ensuring that stock is readily available allowing Clad to meet their deadlines for embroidery and dispatch.

Amber is involved in both types logo application of all workwear. She sets garments up for embroidery or for heat seal transfer and ensures that all logos are correctly applied following the detailed workwear specification.
