Below £100 net a carriage charge of £8.50 + VAT is automatically applied to all orders except when special carriage terms have been negotiated by contract.
This cost will be shown in your Order Confirmation.
We use an independent courier service and dispatch all orders to UK mainland on next working day delivery as standard (Monday-Friday).
All stock and DSA orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same working day.
All stock and DSA orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched before the end of the next working day.
Non-DSA logoed orders will be produced and dispatched within the time-frame agreed with your Account Manager. Approximate standard lead-time is one week (excluding set-up time), although this may be longer in peak seasons. Your Order Acknowledgement will have a ‘Required By’ date entered, which unless otherwise specified will be the estimated dispatch date based on current availability and production times.

If you require a timed delivery e.g. next day before 12.00 noon, next day before 10.00am or Saturday before 12.00 noon, this will incur a small surcharge. Please ask for confirmation of the exact cost when you place your order.
Timed delivery is unavailable on orders placed via our website – please contact us for more information and to place your order.
International delivery is quoted on an individual order basis for the required service, destination and parcel specification. Contact us or call 0800 161 3661 to enquire and place an order.
For Key Account Customers receiving regular international deliveries, your Account Manager will discuss delivery terms with you and negotiate the best delivery service and charges for your company’s requirements.
