Stock management of PPE, workwear and uniforms is a complex and often expensive business. Clad Serve has been designed to make it simple and efficient. We work with you to forecast stock levels, hold your stock and deliver it to the end user wherever they maybe in the UK within 24hrs* of placing an order through your Clad Serve portal.

Clad Safety are currently registered on the SAP Ariba Network Portal. Working with our customers, Clad aim to improve efficiency by using the SAP Ariba Network Portal to send purchase orders and receive invoices for faster fulfilment, predictable cash flow with invoice and payment status updates and reducing manual processing errors to lower operating costs.

We will issue all Purchase Orders using the SAP Ariba Network Portal. This will be received in the form of an email notification to sales@cladsafety.co.uk. We then process all transactional documents via the SAP Ariba Network Portal.

The online management reporting information consists of:

  • Total spend by cost centre/operational area on a monthly and year to date basis
  • Individual employee spend by cost centre/operational area on a monthly and year to date basis
  • Stock report showing items ordered and/or returned with total spend on monthly and year to date basis

All online management information reports are generated online via the ordering web portal and have the capability to be downloaded to a PC.

Clad have invested in a customised software integration which allows your employees to access the correct PPE range securely via the SAP Ariba Network.
