Introducing Sustainable Safety Footwear from Ecos
We have previously mentioned that over the past 12 months there has been a surge in organisations making the switch to sustainable workwear and PPE. As demand has increased, Clad Safety has expanded the range of products on offer to include even more sustainable safety footwear options.
The Ecos range of safety footwear is exclusive to Clad Safety. All items in the range are made from recycled materials, are distributed in recycled packaging and are Global Recycled Standard approved.
Does the Ecos Sustainable Safety Footwear Range Conform to EN 20345?
Yes! All of the Ecos sustainable safety footwear products comply with the safety standards set out in EN 20345 and have an S3 SRC rating. The sustainable features have no impact whatsoever on the protection levels offered by this footwear range.
Is the Ecos Sustainable Safety Footwear Range Lightweight?
Lightweight safety footwear is a regular request from many of our customers and we can confirm that the Ecos safety shoe and boots are extremely lightweight. Weighing as little as 720g* per boot with a focus on the wearer’s comfort, they also feature innovative solutions to minimise impact and protect the back and legs when working for long periods of time. (*weight can vary slightly depending on boot size)
